Privacy

The information supplied via the online registration process will be shared and used by the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners, New Zealand Rural General Practice Network and Conference Innovators. The Privacy Act 1993 requires that, before your name, email address and organisation details can be published in the list of delegates either for distribution to fellow delegates or any other party, you must give your consent via the online form. Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. All cancellations and substitutions must be notified in writing to Conference Innovators rachel@conference.nz. Registration cancellations received in writing before and including Wednesday, 18 March 2020 will receive a full refund less an administration charge of NZ$150.00. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred. Charges for cancellations of accommodation, particularly within one month of the meeting, will be subject to the discretion of the hotel concerned and your credit card may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel. All terms and conditions for Hotel bookings are noted in the online registration process.
